Client Deposits and Cancellation Policy

Deposits

Some of the hair coloring services may require deposits to book. When booking an appointment, you must enter a card on file to protect my business for last minute cancellations or no shows. Your card will only be charged in accordance with my cancellation policy, and your information will be stored securely.

Keratin treatments will have deposits. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment.

Waivers & Forms

Waivers and forms must be done prior to service and for business purposes. This is a one-time thing and kept on file.

Cancellation Policy

My appointment app will send a confirmation text to confirm, change or reschedule your appointment at 3 days (72 hours) out from your appointment. Each client's appointment is important to me — I want to give you the time and attention you deserve. I understand that sometimes life happens; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you NO SHOW, you will be charged 100% of your booked hair coloring services!

Emergency Policy

I understand that life happens. In the event of severe illness, family emergency, or extreme weather conditions, I will extend one grace pass per client. No cancellation fee will be applied. Any fees paid for cancellations will carry over to the next appointment and be deducted from the service cost, provided it has been rescheduled in a timely manner. If no rescheduling is made, the cancellation fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Refund Policy

If a deposit was made for a service and you or I had to cancel, it will be kept and held until your next appointment. No refunds on deposits — and if so, at my discretion. No refunds on any service, only corrections if needed, and only within a one week time frame.

Arrival & Timing

Please arrive to your appointment ON TIME or a few minutes early. Anything more than 10 to 15 minutes late will have to be rescheduled. New clients, please come a little earlier for the proper time needed for consultation. The salon is very easy to find — I am located inside Twisted Scissors Salon.

My salon app will send out confirmations and reminders. Please watch your emails and/or texts for notifications from the app! All appointments must be confirmed prior to your service, or they will be considered void and cancelled.
